As the day of the ball arrives, Frieren and her companions are still trying to find a way to put a stop to the plot to assassinate the great mage Serie. But even knowing the identities of the would-be assassins as well as where and when they plan to strike, they still haven’t managed to find a way to ensure Serie’s safety. With time running out, will the combined talents of Serie’s mages and Frieren’s party prove enough to stop the Shadow Warriors, or will this night mark the end of a legend?
