Happy Year of the Rooster! And that is one colorful bird on the cover! The Straw Hats are riding high and wearing their best formal wear. This is going to be a huge year for One Piece because it's the 20th anniversary! You can expect a lot more One Piece celebrations coming your way as we get closer to the actual date the first chapter came out.

One Piece
by Eiichiro Oda

Don't let that bright happy One Piece cover fool ya, this is a dark and depressing chapter! Up until this arc, Sanji has been a lovable lout whose lust for chasing the ladies has provided much laughter throughout the series. But now his heart has been smashed to pieces by that evil Pudding. Will he ever be the same?!

One Piece

Blue Exorcist
by Kazue Kato

This is a must-read chapter of Blue Exorcist! It explains everything! How the entire world works! I love chapters that like this that break down the fundamental nature of the universe, especially when it comes so late in the series and out of the blue (no pun intended). Not only is it cool to see how everything came to be, it feels like getting a peek behind the curtain and that's always fun!

The Promised Neverland
story by Kaiu Shirai, art by Posuka Demizu

Have I ever told you about how much I love this manga! And once again, this creative team has turned in a compelling chapter. One of my favorite things about the manga is how deep the characters are. In the beginning, Sister Krone just seemed like "an evil lady." But as the manga has gone on, she's gotten more and more complex. And in this chapter, I gained a whole new respect for her. Like many things in this story, she is far more than what she first seems.

The Promised Land

Black Clover
by Yûki Tabata

The battle has taken a strange turn when Mars decides to change sides and fight with Asta and friends. But things become even more complicated when someone appears on the battlefield that brings up some old and painful memories! How will it affect the fight?!

Food Wars!: Shokugeki no Soma
story by Yuto Tsukuda, art by Shun Saeki, contributor Yuki Morisaki

The flashback about Soma's dad and friends when they were young continues! Youth is often associated with Spring, and while Spring brings beauty, it's also a tumultuous time. The decisions you make in your youth can bear fruit when you're much older. Fruit that can be sweet or bitter. Find out how Joichiro became the man he is today!

Food Wars

My Hero Academia
by Kohei Horikoshi

Bakugo and Deku have worked out their long-standing grudge. Well, Bakugo's long-standing grudge. And now that the big fight is over, it's time to...dole out punishment! You're not allowed to fight at school, not even superhero school! While their fates are being decided, the rest of the class is getting a pep talk from everyone's favorite mousy principal!

Seraph of the End: Vampire End
story by Takaya Kagami, art by Yamato Yamamoto, storyboards by Daisuke Furuya

This chapter poses a very philosophical question—can vampires and humans be friends? You might think yes, but the answer is far more complicated when you take into account all the factors that go along with being a vampire. Factors that will be discussed at length in this chapter!

Seraph End

RWBY
manga by Shirow Miwa, based on the Rooster Teeth series created by Monty Oum

So far all the girls we've met in RWBY are not to be underestimated! And nightclub owner Junior is finding this out the hard way. The very hard way! Will he spill the beans on the person she's looking for? Or does he need a little more "convincing"?

Extras: Last chance for Odd-Eyes Persona Dragon promo card, Author Comments, Nihongo Lesson.
