The Noble Knights have been steadily increasing their ranks over the last 18 months, and Shadow Specters brings five new cards for Noble Knight Decks to the round table!

Noble Knight Borz is treated as a Normal Monster on the field, which sets up combos with Noble Knight Gawayn and Ignoble Knight of Black Laundsallyn. In addition, when you Equip him with a “Noble Arms” card, he becomes a Level 5 DARK Monster. And once per turn, he can add a “Noble Arms” from your Deck to your hand while sending two more to the Graveyard! Having lots of Equip Cards in the Graveyard helps a lot when using Artorigus, King of the Noble Knights and Swords at Dawn!

The Lady of the Lake is a mysterious maiden who watches over the Noble Knights. When you Normal Summon her, you can Special Summon a “Noble Knight” Normal Monster from your Graveyard (namely Noble Knight Artorigus). In addition, if you control a Level 5 “Noble Knight” monster, you can reduce its Level by 1 to Special Summon Lady of the Lake from your Graveyard. Most importantly, she’s a Tuner, and both of her abilities prepare you to Synchro Summon Ignoble Knight of High Laundsallyn!

Ignoble Knight of High Laundsallyn requires a Tuner and any “Noble Knight” monster to be Synchro Summoned. When you do Synchro Summon him, you can Equip him with any “Noble Arms” from your Deck! Also, he can add any “Noble Knight” or “Noble Arms” from your Deck to your hand whenever he destroys a monster by battle!

There’s even a new “Noble Arms” for you to Equip to your Warriors. Noble Arms – Excaliburn prevents the equipped monster from being targeted by your opponent’s card effects. Unlike other “Noble Arms” cards, this one will not return to the field if it’s destroyed, but it does have an effect that activates in the Graveyard. You can banish it from your Graveyard and target a “Noble Knight” Xyz Monster you control. Then, Xyz Summon a new “Noble Knight” monster, using the old one as Xyz Material! With this card, you can transform Artorigus, King of the Noble Knights into Sacred Noble Knight of King Artorigus! You can also do it in reverse if you need to. Excaliburn is mighty indeed!

Sacred Noble Knight of King Artorigus requires two Level 5 “Noble Knight” monsters for its Xyz Summon. It'll grab three Equip Cards from your Graveyard and Equip them all to itself when it’s Xyz Summoned. You can also detach one Xyz Material to destroy one monster on the field! In addition, you can Special Summon a “Noble Knight” from your Graveyard when it’s destroyed, which you can use to Xyz Summon or Synchro Summon with next turn! 

The Noble Knights have gathered their forces and are ready for battle! You can find these new Noble Knight cards in Shadow Specters, on sale November 8.
