Norito the Moral Leader

Norito the Moral Leader is a Rank 6 Spellcaster, and to summon him you’ll need two Level 6 Spellcasters for Material. Yuma’s Gagaga Spellcasters are a great choice, given their Level-changing effects and speedy Summons. Gagaga Magician and Gagaga Child make a particularly great combo: just Summon the Magician and you can Special Summon the Child. Then just even out their levels and presto!

Or, if you’ve got a thing for Prophecy, just combo Reaper of Prophecy with Prophecy Destroyer to let Reaper Summon the second Spellcaster straight from your deck!

Norito the Moral Leader may have 2700 ATK, but it’s his effect that really makes your rivals squirm! Once per turn, whenever your opponent activates a Spell or Trap Card, you may detach 1 Xyz Material to negate it! Norito can put a stopper on Dark Hole, tarnish Mirror Force, and even jams your opponent’s combos by toasting the likes of Spellbook of Secrets and Monster Reborn!

Simon the Great Moral Leader 

Scared yet? Guess what - Norito can become even stronger when Rank-Up Magic transforms him into CXyz Simon the Great Moral Leader!

Not only does CXyz Simon the Great Moral Leader have 3000 ATK, he is completely immune to other monster Effects! Even Number 11: Big Eye can’t steal it and Mecha Phantom Beast Dracossack can’t destroy it!

Still not enough? There’s more! If Norito’s part of Simon’s Overlay Network, you can detach one of its Material to change an enemy monster’s battle position and negate its effect until the end of the turn. With 3000 ATK, Simon can destroy almost any monster in battle once it’s in the right Battle Position. (Also remember that negating Effects makes even indestructible monsters vulnerable!) You can even use Simon’s effect during your opponent’s turn! All it takes is to activate Rank-Up Magic Barian’s Force on Norito the Moral Leader.
