The JUMP STARTs are back! We're bringing you a sample of the newest manga in Japan, starting with Takujo no Ageha: The Table Tennis of Ageha! I've been known to crush the other members of TEAM JUMP at ping pong, so I was excited to read this series. Especially when I found out it's a comedy with a rather risque edge. Sounds good to me!

Takujo no Ageha: The Table Tennis of Ageha
by Itsuki Furuya
If you had any doubts about a ping pong manga, you can table your doubts because this one's got a hilarious spin. It'll have you bouncing from laughter one minute then slam you with intense competition the next. Get ready to be served some hilarious manga and have a ball! Just had to get all those ping pong puns out of the way...now onto the actual manga description. Ririka Otsuka's the hottest chick in school, but she has a secret—she lives at a table tennis center! And her grandpa's nuts about the sport, but she could care less! Enter Ageha Hanazono, a table tennis genius who shows zero interest in sexy Ririka, much to her chagrin. These two couldn't be more different, but their paths are linked as they both find out the hard way!

Food Wars!: Shokugeki no Soma
story by Yuto Tsukuda
art by Shun Saeki
Something smells fishy in Food Wars! It's pike! And Soma's been wracking his brains trying to figure out how to pick the best pike for an upcoming cooking competition. His rivals seem to have the matter in hand, but he hasn't even started on his dish. Will he pick a perfect pike and prevail? Or fail and flounder?!

One Piece
by Eiichiro Oda
Traflagar's tragic flashback continues, and it is a real tearjerker. Oda Sensei is a master at plucking the heartstrings and in this chapter he plays a concerto of sorrow. Prepare to cry some manly tears!

Nisekoi
by Naoshi Komi
Raku's "big sister" Yui's sick! Turns out running a major crime syndicate and being a high school teacher is kind of stressful. But, as usual, the clueless Raku has no idea the struggle his friend has been going through. Looks like he's in for a major revelation. One that may change how he sees his childhood friend forever.

Bleach
by Tite Kubo
Yhwach has been making mincemeat out of the Squad Zero members he's come up against so far, but it looks like now he may have finally met his match. The bald and very bearded Hyosube seems to have the situation "in hand." But then again, this is Yhwach. Can he be stopped?!

Hi-Fi Cluster
by Ippei Goto

Last week we got a glimpse into Kandera's dark past! And this week we get to learn a lot more about him. And some of his former enemies! Plus, a new character that looks to get the story moving into a very interesting place! And with these two chapters, we are officially caught up to Japan!

Toriko
by Mitsutoshi Shimabukuro
As the characters and monsters in Toriko get increasingly more powerful to the point of absurdity, Shimabukuro Sensei still manages to top himself. And the Monkey King in this chapter will no doubt become a legend in the long list of memorable foes. This is one chapter you won't forget, I promise you.

World Trigger
by Daisuke Ashihara
It's kind of hard to believe the battle is finally over. Kind of seemed like it was going to go on forever. But over it is, and now it's time to sort out the mess. And hand out metals! I believe this is a Weekly Shonen Jump first! Characters getting metals for their contribution in a fight! It's about time! Not only do they get metals, but very detailed ones and cash money. See who got the highest honors!

Naruto
by Masashi Kishimoto
I have been enjoying the heck out of these first Naruto chapters. Especially looking at the early art. The village looks so different! A lot more like Tokyo with billboard and cute animal faces everywhere. I also enjoyed seeing "Inner Sakura" again. I suppose she got enough confidence as the series went on, she stopped having major arguments with herself. Another interesting note is although at this point Sasuke is far more skilled than Naruto, Naruto still manages to get the drop on him. And that was one of the best things about young Naruto—his sneakiness. He may not be the strongest in every situation, but he manages to win by being sneaky. Like a REAL ninja!
