Fathom Entertainment and VIZ Media have officially announced a special theatrical premiere event for BLEACH: Thousand-Year Blood War – The Calamity, bringing episodes 1–3 of the anime’s explosive final season to theaters nationwide, June 25–29, 2026. The exclusive five-day theatrical event arrives before the anime’s official broadcast and streaming release, giving fans a rare opportunity to experience the beginning of the end on the big screen before anyone else. With limited screenings nationwide, longtime fans will only have a short window to witness creator Tite Kubo’s work in theaters.

The nationwide event will screen both subtitled and English-dubbed versions of all three episodes and feature exclusive behind-the-scenes content with creator Tite Kubo, chief series director Tomohisa Taguchi, and series director Hikaru Murata discussing the production of the final arc.
