If you don’t know by now, a new manga is starting in SJ Alpha! And of all things, a lacrosse manga! Although I’m not into lacrosse, or don’t know much about it, I’ll still give this manga a chance! Beyond all that, this cover is nice on the eyes! And it's the first time a female character has been the main focus of the cover! Progress!
Cross Manage
by Kaito
Welcome to Cross Manage! Meet Sakurai, a high school kid unable to find a school activity he can get excited about. That is until he crosses paths with a boisterous girl named Misora, who has all the passion in the world for the game lacrosse, but zero skills. She needs guidance and her team needs a manager. As strange as it seems, could this be Sakurai’s true calling?
Naruto
by Masashi Kishimoto
This is a pretty brutal chapter. Looks like the fight with the five kage against Madara did not go well. And now Madara and Obito look like they’re gonna team up to fight Naruto and crew. This manga is getting serious.
Toriko
by Mitsutoshi Shimabukuro
Man, I love this manga! I can’t think of any manga, besides One Piece, that makes me laugh at the character designs so much. There are some really funny ones in this chapter, as the top chefs from the world arrive to help make an antidote to save people from the green rain. Meanwhile, the fight against the Four-Beasts is not going well for Toriko and the others. Looks like they may have to put their egos aside and actually work together!
One Piece
by Eiichiro Oda
Luffy Takes on Caesar Clown! In an epic battle of rubber vs. poison, Luffy finally gets to give the mad scientist Caeser Clown a little chin music! But how do you fight someone who spews poison gas and you can’t even get near? You punch them with your super stretchy arm, of course! What will prevail—Gum-Gum power or Gas-Gas power? Find out!
Bleach
by Tite Kubo
Genryusai is heating things up in Bleach! I love watching him fight! And Tite Kubo does an excellent job making him look incredibly cool, especially the way the flames and his beard intermingle. Beautiful!
Takama-ga-hara
by Jyuuzou Kawai
Yamato continues to learn about his powers, as well as his classmates, at the mysterious school of super-powered people—Takama-ga-hara. It’s a strange place, filled with students who may not be what they seem! This chapter also has one of the coolest manga weapons I’ve ever seen!!!
