My Hero Academia continues to be one of the biggest hits of the year. With five volumes out, a hit anime streaming on Funimation and new chapters released in Weekly Shonen Jump every week, there is no stopping this train.

Everyone dreams of being a hero, but what if you were part of the 10% of the population that was normal, while everyone else had amazing super powers or "quirks." Well, that is the problem for Izuku Midoriya, the main character, but what he lacks in ability he makes up for with heart and this is what drives the story—that and phenomenal art. Both the anime and the manga draw upon great characters to explore a great underdog story that is really developing!

The team over at Anime News Network said, "Characters bend and swoop with great energy and personality…it's clear Kōhei Horikoshi has a strong grasp of anatomy fundamentals." You can read the full review here.

Yes, the art is amazing but we guarantee the story is why the pages keep turning every week. Don't believe us? Check out a free preview of Chapter 1. If you have been looking for the next big thing to follow Naruto, then you should pick up My Hero Academia. Trust us!
