Shonen Jump's on fire this month! Must be all those heroes' fiery hearts burning for justice! Or something like that. With the transition to digital we don't get as many multi-character covers, so it's nice to see so many faces. Naruto looks mad. Toriko looks happy. Luffy looks mad and happy. And Ichigo looks pensive. Very pensive.

One Piece
by Eiichiro Oda
Another bright, colorful, and wondrous color art spread by Oda Sensei. He's no doubt the unchallenged master of putting a smile on my face with his numerous color spreads. And the tournament has finally begun! It's off to an quite a start with the return of the villainous spring-powered, Bellamy! That is one of the best things about One Piece, you never know which character will make a surprising return. There's also an amazing quote in this chapter that could be the motto of every henchmen ever—"Forget ambitious dreams, I'd rather reach down and pick up the gold at my feet!!" Spoken like a true goon!

Naruto
by Masashi Kishimoto
Considering how insane the battle Naruto has been for so long, it's about to get even crazier! It really amazes me that Kishimoto Sensei can keep heightening the intensity in such an over-the-top battle. I can't say I've read any fight in any manga on this level. And it's an absolute blast to read! Can't wait for the resurrected kage, Sasuke, and Orochimaru to show up!

Mario
by Masashi Kishimoto
Get a sneak peek at a special one-shot drawn by Kishimoto Sensei! The full one-shot will be published in the 05/13/13 Issue!

World Trigger
by Daisuke Ashihara
The plot thickens, yet again! While out trying to figure out how people can ride something that looks so unstable as a bike, Yuma meets a very unusual girl. One that seems to be able to sense Neighbors before they attack.

Bleach
by Tite Kubo
More shocking events in the backstory of Ichigo's parents! I like flashbacks like this, because it sheds new light on events that have happened in the manga or completely change the way you feel about a character. It certainly explains a lot about Ryuken and Isshin's strange relationship.

Nisekoi
by Naoshi Komi
To get students motivated for a footrace, Raku's teacher declares the winner will get to kiss the girl of his choice! Jealous of Raku's unexplained luck with the ladies, the other guys in class are determined to keep him from winning. Will he race his way into someone's heart? Or will the others leave him in the dust?

One-Punch Man
story by ONE, art by Yusuke Murata
Saitama's up against his fastest foe yet—a ninja with unbelievable speed! The art in this chapter is so good, it almost looks animated if you move the pages fast enough. Murata Sensei's ability to draw movement and speed is incredible. This is sequential art at it's finest!

Dragon Ball
by Akira Toriyama
Gohan's training continues! Naturally, that includes being chased by a very hungry dinosaur! I love this chapter, because it proves for all of Piccolo's tough talk, he's got some heart. And later on, the bond between the two becomes very special. I wish I had a Piccolo to train me at an early age! I'd have probably came out a lot tougher. Or gotten eaten by the dinosaur, and wouldn't be here at all. One of the two!

Toriko
by Mitsutoshi Shimabukuro
We finally get to see Zebra get some action! And it's not disappointing in the least bit! I have to say, he's one of most entertaining manga characters ever created. Hope you don't think I'm being cocky by saying that, it's just my opinion. We also get to see Granny Setsuno fight, as well! A whole lot of fightin' going on!

Cross Manage
by Kaito
The game against Choran is off to a rough start, but it's still anybody's game. Despite a few bumps, suddenly Toyoguchi gets the ball! Can she score?
