Is it just me, or does Toriko's chest look like it's about to explode in the color spread in this chapter? His right pectoral looks as big as Komatsu! This manga just keeps topping itself with this battle. Just when you think it can't get more intense, Granny Setsuno shows how powerful she really is. I've said it before, and I'll say it again—this is some of the best battle art ever put to paper! 

One Piece

I was really hoping to see more of the tournament and I got my wish! This whole chapter is filled with crazy characters beating the crud out of each other! Including the Funk Brothers from before, and some new faces like the mind-boggling Jean the Bandit—who seems to be part cactus, and part man. And Don Chin Jao shows up to get even with Luffy! 

Jaco the Galactic Patrolman

A government agent is trying to take Omori's island away from him—even though it's been deserted forever, and his wife's grave is there! Good second chapter. It seems Jaco and Omori are starting to bond a little bit. And we find out more about Omori's time traveling attempts.  

World Trigger

Training has officially commenced! Chika's focusing on sniper training, and is already showing improvement. Yuma's going hand-to-hand against his trainer Konami, but without using his full powers. And Osamu is, well, not doing as well.

Cross Manage

But this isn't the same team as last year, they've got some new faces and a lot more practice. It's never easy to end a manga, but Kaito does it with grace and class. And the end ties into the beginning perfectly—Sakurai finally found something he really enjoys.
