Whoah, cool cover! There’s something about the look on Naruto’s face I really like. It’s the look of angry determination! I have the same look on my face when I’m trying to do math. I also love the simplicity of the Rasengan. If you look close, it’s just swirly lines drawn in a circle. Yet, it really conveys the intense energy inside, like holding a hurricane in your hand.

Naruto
by Masashi Kishimoto
Is that a cool color spread or what? Great concept and flawless execution. I love the youngest Naruto’s outfit. Haven’t seen anyone cosplay as that, yet! Actually, that would be an epic group cosplay idea—multi-stage Narutos! There's a big shocker in this chapter. Although, I would imagine some of you have already deduced who Tobi really is...that's right, he's old man Jenkins! And he would have gotten away with it, if it weren't for those meddling ninja kids!

Takama-ga-hara
by Jyuuzou Kawai
The art in this manga is totally nanners! And there’s a Sunny Chiba reference in the chapter! I’m really falling in love with this series. And the action shots are really well done—great sense of impact and speed. This is good battle manga!

Toriko
by Mitsutoshi Shimabukuro
The Four Kings’ powers have really increased! And they’ve all got crazy new super moves. Here’s a sentence that’s probably never before been written in the entire history of the human race, “That’s the sound of my hair punch rebounding off of my super spatulas.” Haha, only in Toriko! The page with the tiny Zebra punching the giant turtle is simply amazing.

One Piece
by Eiichiro Oda
I don’t even know how to describe One Piece these days, it’s gotten so crazy. I would say this story arc walks the fine line between chaos and total anarchy, but I think it’s more on the anarchy side. Luckily, Oda Sensei’s a master storyteller and manages to keep the crazy train on the tracks. Oh, and one of my very favorite characters appears in the chapter—Scratchmen Apoo!!!

Barrage
by Kouhei Horikoshi
Wow! Super shocker in this week’s chapter! I won't dare ruin it for you, but it will change everything you thought you know about the manga!

Bleach
by Tite Kubo
After Kon, I’d say Kenpachi is my favorite Bleach character, and he really proves his worth in this chapter. He also proves again that he’s a complete and utter Badass with a capital B!

Rurouni Kenshin: Act Zero
by Nobuhiro Watsuki
If you’ve ever sat around wondering what your favorite manga characters were doing right before their manga started, we’ve got a chapter of Rurouni Kenshin for you! It’s called Rurouni Kenshin: Act Zero, and it shows you exactly what Kenshin was doing right before he found himself at Kaoru’s dojo.
