Who knew that the chairman of the Justice Federation had a petty streak? Jealous of all the kudos Kid Muscle won in his time away from the Muscle League, Vance McMadd has turned in his resignation. The new head of the Justice Federation and big kahuna of the Muscle League: Vance's go-getter son, Ikemen McMadd. Kid Muscle was no fan of the old McMadd, but the new one is going to haunt him like a bad beef bowl.

Ikemen's first act as chairman: revive one of the Muscle League's greatest traditions, the Superhuman Olympics. Suddenly, Kid Muscle finds himself battling his own teammates in contests of strength and skill--some difficult, some deadly, some just plain dumb. And to win a place as Japan's official representative, he has to defeat El Niño, a poor super-powered farmer just trying to make a buck. Kid Muscle has the Fire, but El Niño is hungrier for Olympic glory…and the Kid is starting to wish he hadn't gotten involved at all!
