Ayaka finds Kai, but he doesn't quite seem like his old self. Suspicions are confirmed when Kai suddenly attacks Ayaka with the legendary flute of the Ogre Clan! The skirmish is interrupted by the appearance of a strange little girl named Mikage, who mysteriously happens to share the same name as Kai's mother. Mikage takes Ayaka and Kurama on a journey to Fuyo-Den - to find the truth behind Kai's mystifying behavior!
