This series is quickly becoming a favorite of mine. When Aoi was a boy, Momochi House chose him as its Omamori-sama (protector) and trapped him inside. He is slowly losing his human form as he transforms into the Omamori-sama to seal demons. He hasn't been among humans in a long time, so he's remained childlike in his outlook. And he's mysteriously accepting and dedicated to his role, which makes you wonder what his childhood was like. The house has acknowledged our heroine Himari as the landlady, and she seems to have been granted some powers inside. Will she be able to free Aoi from Momochi House's control and set him free? I'm really looking forward to finding out in later volumes!
